The Newell Recycling Association organizes, operates and maintains a waste recycling system in the City of Brooks and the County of Newell.

The Association is committed to encouraging and promoting public awareness of the benefits in the re-use and recycling of waste products, endorsing recycling as a way to divert waste materials from the landfill.
